Joseph Oberholtzer is a prototyping engineer and manager with extensive hands on experience in the design, fabrication, and testing of autonomous VTVL aircraft. Has developed, operated, and qualified multiple vehicles and propulsion systems including rockets up to 25klb and human rated EVTOL aircaft. Over fifty prototype rocket hot fires, hundreds of hours of EVTOL test, a transonic test article tested to 100kft.
